Outdoor Furniture Made to Last

When we set out to develop a new line of outdoor furniture, we wanted to make sure it reflected our long-standing commitment to making products that last season after season. We also wanted to make sure that if something did weather overtime it could easily be refurbished rather than discarded. This is why our Elements modular furniture was designed with durable materials that can be separated easily and replaced when needed.

Like our Crescent Garden planters, our furniture is made to withstand all the elements and is backed up by a limited warranty as follows:

  • 10-Year Limited Warranty on rotational molded base.

  • Warranty on other parts:

    • For Residential Use:

      Legs, Cushions, and other components have a 5-year warranty.

    • For Commercial Use:

      Stainless Steel Frames and Components have a 5-year warranty.

      Powder Coated Steel or Teak legs and Components have a 2-year warranty.

      Cushions, Caps, Feet, Plugs and other components also have a 2-year warranty.

In the incidence of defective workmanship on any parts within the allotted warranty time from purchase date, Crescent Garden will replace the parts with its then closest current part. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on replacements. Mishandling, misuse, failure to follow the directions for use, improper storage, neglect, accidents, or any other hazard to the product voids this warranty.

Our warranties activate on the day of purchase, so hold on to your original order invoice as proof of purchase.
